Creative Home (CH) formerly known as Phan Tee Eain (PTE) is a nonprofit organization, promotes women's rights and gender equality since 2009, and has been challenging social and cultural norms towards gender equality along its journey. CH promotes gender equality by strengthening the leadership capacity and skills of potential women in Myanmar since 2012.

Who We Are
CH is a very well respected and well-positioned organization in Myanmar. Over the past years, CH has been successfully organized a series of seminars/workshops on strengthening women participation in various sectors; advocated for gender sensitive policy development. In addition, CH has hosted regional network meetings. CH has been established Women Leadership Academy and providing mobile leadership training in Shan, Mon, Bago region, Ayarwaddy region, Yangon region and planning to expand other parts of the country.
Moreover, CH has been working on women's development in collaboration with other women's organizations, gender-focused organizations and networks at both national and regional levels. CH actively participates in the Women's Organizations Network(WON), Gender Equality Network (GEN), CEDAW Action Myanmar (CAN), Holistic Security Network (HHSN), Feminist Movement Myanmar, and other relevant forums that promote gender equality and women's rights.

The organization strengthened its contribution to women's empowerment, gender equality, and humanitarian action through an integrated feminist and locally led approach. Key achievements included increased women's leadership and participation, improved access to protection, psychosocial and humanitarian services, strengthened women's economic resilience, and greater community awareness of gender equality and women's rights. The organization also strengthened partnerships with regional women-led and feminist CSOs, enabling local actors to enhance their humanitarian response, organizational capacity, safeguarding, disability inclusion, and holistic security systems. Through these efforts, the organization contributed not only to meeting immediate humanitarian needs but also to strengthening women's agency, community resilience, local leadership, and longer-term sustainable development.
